Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Patient Services Representative to support a US-based healthcare organization in a fully remote role for candidates based in Mexico. You will assist patients with scheduling, general inquiries, and data entry, while upholding privacy and security standards.

Strong English communication and prior customer service or call center experience are preferred. Paid training is provided to learn systems and expectations for the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Experience in customer service, call center, or support roles preferred.
• Healthcare knowledge or experience with medical scheduling is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with privacy and HIPAA guidelines is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel medical appointments.
• Assist patients with general appointment questions and administrative inquiries.
• Verify and record patient information accurately.
• Document calls and requests in the systems.
• Route messages to appropriate healthcare teams.
• Follow scheduling protocols and coordinate availability.
• Navigate scheduling software and patient management systems.
