Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Partner Support Specialist who leads client conversations, onboarding, and issue resolution. This fully remote, contract role requires calm under pressure, quick software learning, and proactive client advocacy. You will work with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues end-to-end.

You will onboard clients, monitor adoption, and guide them through renewals and upsell opportunities while maintaining high standards of client experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years SaaS Customer Success or similar client-facing role.
• Experience onboarding customers and leading remote demos or trainings.
• Able to troubleshoot, diagnose root causes, and own outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across client levels.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients via kickoff calls, live walkthroughs, and training.
• Be a trusted post-launch contact for clients and monitor adoption.
• Troubleshoot workflow and platform issues; ask diagnostic questions.
• Translate client issues into actionable details for Product/Engineering.
• Manage multiple client conversations and identify renewal opportunities.
