Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Partner Support Specialist to own client conversations, onboard and train customers, troubleshoot issues, and guide them from initial contact to full resolution.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering, staying calm under pressure while delivering a proactive, high-touch client experience. A remote, contract role with a strong focus on problem solving and client success is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success, Partner Success, Implementation, Account Management, or similar client-facing role
• Experience onboarding customers and leading remote demos, walkthroughs, or training sessions
• Comfort with software platforms and learning new workflows quickly
• Ability to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and differentiate symptoms from underlying issues
• Strong communication with clients at different levels
• Ownership mindset, calm under pressure, and proactive follow-through

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients via kickoff calls, live walkthroughs, training sessions, and Q&A
• Be the trusted post-launch contact for clients
• Monitor adoption and identify issues before they escalate
• Respond quickly when clients are blocked or frustrated
• Lead difficult client conversations with empathy and sound judgment
• Troubleshoot workflow, platform, and process issues
• Ask diagnostic questions to identify root causes
• Translate issues into actionable information for Product/Engineering/Operations
• Track issues through resolution and prevent gaps
• Gather feedback and pinpoint recurring pain points
• Help improve processes, docs, and client success playbooks
• Identify renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities with Sales
• Manage multiple client conversations, projects, and priorities
