Resolv Global is seeking a Partner Support Specialist for a fully remote role. You will lead conversations, onboard and train clients, troubleshoot problems, and own issues from start to finish. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver timely solutions.

Applicants should have 2+ years in SaaS customer-facing roles, with experience onboarding customers and conducting remote demos. Strong communication, organization, and accountability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success or similar client-facing role.
• Experience onboarding customers and leading remote demos.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to own client outcomes.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new clients via kickoff calls, walkthroughs, and training.
• Be a trusted post-launch contact for clients.
• Monitor adoption and pre-empt issues before they escalate.
• Respond quickly when clients are blocked or need help.
• Lead difficult conversations with empathy and judgment.
• Troubleshoot workflow, platform, and process issues.
• Translate client issues for Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Track issues through resolution and avoid gaps.
• Identify renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities with Sales.
