Job summary

Resolv.Global is seeking a Partner Support Specialist to own client conversations from onboarding through resolution in a fully remote PST-aligned role. You will train clients, troubleshoot issues, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a smooth client experience.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong communication, and ownership of client outcomes, with opportunities for growth in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success or similar client-facing role.
• Experience onboarding customers and leading remote demos/training.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and distinguish symptoms from root causes.
• Comfortable communicating with clients at different levels and taking ownership.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients through kickoff calls and training sessions.
• Be the trusted point of contact after launch and monitor adoption.
• Identify potential issues early and guide conversations to resolution.
• Lead difficult client conversations with empathy and judgment.
• Translate issues into actionable information for Product/Engineering.
• Track issues through resolution and gather client feedback.
• Identify renewal/upsell opportunities with Sales.
