Assetara Limited is seeking a Remote HR Recruiter & Video Interview Specialist to support international hiring from Mexico City Zone 2. You will source candidates, coordinate interview schedules, and conduct first-round video interviews for multiple positions across time zones.

Daily duties include recording interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and delivering structured reports to top management. A strong English communication skill set and reliable home-office setup are essential.

Formación

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Home office setup with high-definition webcam, clear microphone, and reliable internet connection.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates and post jobs across free recruitment channels, boards, and social media.
• Coordinate interview schedules across time zones and communicate via Email/WhatsApp.
• Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day and record all sessions for leadership reporting.
• Maintain daily candidate pipeline logs and submit structured reports.
