Insideoutva is seeking a fully remote Senior Recruiter based in Mexico to own the regional pipeline from day one. You will source and screen candidates across LATAM for US-based executives, focusing on speed, judgment, and quality while building a strong bench of top talent.

You will manage end-to-end candidate flow, conduct structured interviews, and ensure high standards in both substance and presentation, including English fluency.

Formación

• 5+ years of recruiting experience including admin/ops placements.
• Experience recruiting for US/international clients.
• Fluent, professional written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Source Executive Assistant, operations, marketing, and senior administrative candidates.
• Run rigorous, structured screens (resume reviews, written assessments, video intros, live interviews).
• Evaluate candidates on experience, tools, and presentation (English fluency, energy).
• Maintain a standing pool of ready-to-endorse candidates to turn around shortlists quickly.
