Job summary

The Big Job Site in Mexico City seeks a Candidate Sourcing & Outreach Specialist to support talent operations across the United States and Germany. You will combine candidate sourcing from job descriptions with outbound calls to recently signed-up candidates, helping them understand how the company works and ensuring a consistent, professional candidate experience.

The role is full-time, remote, with Pacific Time hours; you will work with AI sourcing tools, HR platforms, and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment/talent sourcing and candidate outreach.
• US-based startup outreach or recruitment experience.
• Strong spoken English for US-facing calls.
• Experience with AI sourcing tools and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates based on job descriptions and role requirements.
• Use AI sourcing tools and recruiting platforms to find candidates at scale.
• Review candidate profiles and prepare profiles for internal review.
• Call recently signed-up candidates and explain the platform, process and opportunities.
• Confirm candidate interest, availability, preferences, and alignment with roles.
• Manage candidate backlog while processing new sign-ups.
• Conduct timely follow-ups through appropriate outreach channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in CRM/ATS.
