Jobgether SRL in Mexico is seeking a Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment engagements as an independent contractor. You will lead searches from intake and sourcing through candidate assessment, presentation, and placement for diverse roles.

You will partner with clients to deliver a high-touch, consultative experience, build qualified pipelines, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate records in Zoho Recruit or similar ATS.

• Five+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of assigned recruitment searches from intake to placement.
• Lead intake discussions to clarify role requirements and timelines.
• Develop tailored search strategies and manage full-cycle engagements.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies using multiple channels.
• Coordinate job postings, review applications and build candidate pipelines.
• Conduct structured screenings and interviews and present qualified candidates.
• Serve as primary delivery contact and provide timely progress updates.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure data quality.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools for targeted searches and outreach.
• Monitor pipeline progress and adjust strategies as needed.
