A recruitment agency is seeking a Remote Operations & Lead Generation Assistant to support internal operations, coordinate client onboarding, and source leads for a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be proactive and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in English and Spanish. This full-time role offers flexibility and a concrete path for career growth while working directly with the founder. A voice/video recording is required for application.

• Manage onboarding steps for new clients.
• Source qualified outdoor-living leads daily.
• Prepare weekly summaries on project status.
