Oyster is seeking an Onboarding Success Manager who will deliver a seamless onboarding experience for Customers and Team Members. You will be the primary contact from new hire submission to Engagement, collaborating with Legal, Sales, Product, and Finance to ensure smooth setup.

You bring 3+ years in HR or customer-facing SaaS, a customer-first mindset, excellent communication, and ability to manage meetings and escalations.

Formación

• 3+ years in HR or customer-facing role for HR SaaS.
• Customer-first mentality with focus on satisfaction.
• Experience scheduling customer meetings and managing escalations.
• Track record of improving customer satisfaction metrics.
• Experience optimizing team processes for consistent CX.
• Strong written and verbal communication; autonomous worker.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding journey for Customers and Team Members from submission to Engagement.
• Provide guidance via documentation and meetings; answer questions quickly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance on onboarding operations.
• Support contract customization in line with internal procedures.
• Maintain onboarding playbooks and update knowledge sources.
• Ensure accurate data on Oyster platform to enable employment.
• Contribute to customer self-service tools and internal processes.
• Stay updated on product releases and employment regulation changes.
