Oyster is seeking an Offboard Operations Expert to join our Lifecycle Operations Department as a fixed-term contract. You will guide customers through sensitive employment and offboarding cases, ensuring they feel supported and compliant with local requirements.

Formación

• 3+ years in customer-facing operations with HR/People administration background.
• Experience handling complex cases and bulk/offboarding workflows.
• Proven track record meeting SLAs and CSAT/turnaround targets.
• Comfort with self-service playbooks, async tools, cross-functional teams.
• Empathetic, human-centered approach during sensitive career transitions.
• Strong analytical curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle shifting deadlines.
• Collaborative attitude, willingness to mentor peers and share knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary contact for customers and team members through standard and complex offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with customer service, HR, finance, product and legal to resolve queries and improve the process.
• Meet weekly service delivery goals and CSAT targets.
• Handle complex inquiries and escalations with clarity and empathy; escalate when needed.
• Lead small bulk offboardings (5+ members) with cross-functional coordination.
• Identify opportunities to tweak playbooks and workflows to reduce bottlenecks.
• Maintain data accuracy on Oyster platform and keep communications clear.
• Contribute to knowledge bases and support training through peer learning.
