Atomic HR is seeking a customer-focused onboarding specialist to guide new customers from kickoff to go-live for our hospitality SaaS platform. You will learn the product deeply, understand park operations, and tailor the platform to fit real-world workflows.
Each campground presents unique rules and seasonal patterns, and your role is to simplify complexity, anticipate blockers, and keep customers confident through smooth launches.
Formación
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, support, or training.
- Ability to explain complex software to non-technical users.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple onboarding projects.
Responsabilidades
- Lead onboarding end-to-end from kickoff to go-live.
- Develop deep product expertise across availability, rates, payments, and reporting.
- Deliver tailored demos that simplify complex features.
- Create onboarding plans, checklists, and post-call follow-ups.
- Identify common customer questions and proactively address them.
- Share customer insights with product and engineering teams.
- Maintain organized notes and next steps in CRM and tracking tools.
- Stay calm and responsive during peak-season urgency.
