Go Lean Health in Monterrey seeks a Medical Virtual Assistant (MVA) to support a busy chiropractic clinic remotely. The ideal candidate is sharp, proactive, detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and ready to own clinic workflows with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include insurance verification, denied claims management, EOB processing, patient balance resolution, claims processing, and reporting. Strong English communication and Mac OS proficiency required.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year experience as Medical Virtual Assistant.
• Experience supporting a US healthcare practice recommended.
• Exposure to CPT and ICD-10 codes helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Verify insurance and manage EOBs.
• Process denied claims and reprocessing.
• Track patient balances and billing issues.
