Winning-Assistants is seeking a bilingual Medical VA & Marketing Support to assist with patient communication, scheduling, data entry, and marketing tasks for a cash-pay physical therapy practice. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, high attention to detail, and experience in healthcare administration.

The position is remote with flexible hours and is suitable for candidates comfortable discussing sensitive topics and supporting marketing workflows.

Formación

• Healthcare administration experience required.
• Strong data entry experience with high attention to detail.
• Comfort handling patient communication, scheduling, and virtual receptionist duties.
• Experience supporting patient paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Experience with email marketing and marketing workflows.
• Sales support and appointment setting experience.
• Experience with multiple EMRs/EHRs; WebPT preferred.
• Experience supporting concierge or cash-pay healthcare practices preferred.
• Marketing support experience including social media, email, and text marketing.
• Experience supporting US-based or international companies.
