You will lead a remote team, manage priorities and risks, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while collaborating with production, community, social, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing licensing or partnership programs across multiple initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience coordinating remote, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Own the operational delivery of licensing and partnership initiatives from intake to completion.
• Translate client requests into actionable tasks and delegate work based on priorities and capacity.
