Scopely is seeking a Live Ops Manager for the MARVEL Strike Force team. The role connects Live Ops strategy to in-game execution, coordinating with events, monetization, and an external implementation partner.

You will translate high-level designs into actionable Jira tickets, oversee the implementation partner, and ensure readiness for launches while protecting player value and business outcomes. This position offers remote work from Canada or hybrid work in Mexico City.

Competenze

• 3+ years of live operations, product operations, production, or equivalent execution role in mobile games.
• Ability to translate ambiguous directions into precise tickets and requirements; Jira experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; familiarity with SQL and data-informed decision making.
• Experience managing external partners or distributed teams with clear delegation and escalation.
• Clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
