Keywords Studios Mexico is seeking an Operations Manager to lead multiple client projects within the Player Engagement team. You will drive project tracking, budget management, and profitability, ensuring timely billing and clear communication with clients.

You will mentor Team Leads and agents, optimize workflows, manage change requests, and identify risks. Strong English, US-client experience, and PD skills are required.

Formación

• Experience leading launch of a support project or operation.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience working with US clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead assigned projects comprehensively, ensuring client expectations are met.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Management Team on new project scope and timelines.
• Maintain performance records of Team Leads and agents with ongoing mentorship.
• Coordinate schedules with Team Leads and facilities for optimal execution.
• Interact daily with clients, overseeing project-related communications and strategies.
• Implement quality control procedures across projects and define team responsibilities.
• Ensure project financial success, delivering reports and invoices on time.
• Address HR issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
