Job summary

ARQ is a fast-growing fintech redefining cross-border money movement. You will own the global licensing workstream end to end, tracking active and upcoming licenses across jurisdictions and driving deliverables with product, legal, operations, and finance.

You’ll work with senior leadership and external counsel, translating regulatory requirements into actionable plans, building structured roadmaps, and ensuring timely submissions and go-live readiness in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-performance environments or consulting (3–6 years).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to break down complex, ambiguous situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Proven project-management skills with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to learn quickly across legal, regulatory, financial and technical domains.
• High ownership with action bias and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the global licensing workstream end to end across jurisdictions.
• Maintain the licensing pipeline, track milestones, deadlines, and risks.
• Collaborate with product, legal, operations, and finance; coordinate external counsel.
• Draft and structure submissions, regulatory responses, and internal materials.
• Prepare for regulatory submissions and go-live audits; ensure readiness across teams.
• Serve as connective tissue between global teams and in-market licensing leads.
