You will track all active and upcoming license applications, drive deliverables with product, legal, operations, and finance, and ensure ARQ has the permissions to operate and scale.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in a high-performance environment: MBB consulting or an early leadership role at a high-growth startup.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving and analytical abilities; able to turn complexity into clear plans.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Proven project management and organizational skills across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to collaborate with legal, regulatory, financial, and technical teams.
• High ownership mentality with bias for action in fast-moving environments.
• Comfort operating with limited structure and high ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a single source of truth for all active and upcoming license expansions globally.
• Track milestones, deadlines, and dependencies across licensing processes.
• Build and manage structured project plans for licensing workstreams.
• Coordinate with external counsel and local advisors to ensure quality, timelines, and cost.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable workstreams for product, engineering, operations.
• Draft submissions, policy documents, regulatory responses, and internal materials with rigour.
• Prepare for regulatory submissions, go-live audits, and ensure readiness across teams.
• Serve as the connective tissue between global teams and in-market licensing leads.
• Develop internal systems, templates, and playbooks for licensing processes at scale across jurisdictions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise leadership proactively.
