A remote sales and lending firm is looking for a Remote Inside Sales Product Specialist. This role involves significant cold calling to acquire realtors, managing relationships with them, and handling buyer applications. Successful candidates will be bilingual in English and Spanish and must be comfortable with a high volume of calls. The position offers commission-based pay alongside hourly rates, requiring a structured approach in a fast-paced remote work environment.

Salary: Hourly Rate is $10/hour for the first 90 days (training and onboarding period). After 90 days, the rate will be $8/hour. The reason is that at this stage, we expect the PS to begin generating commissions. Salary is paid via Rippling or direct bank transfer.
Commission Structure: $400 for each closed deal. $30 for each approved application from a realtor referral. $10 for each approved application from an online source.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Preferred schedule is roughly 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern with a one hour break.
Our client is a licensed private Non-QM lender. They specialize in helping hard-working families become homeowners when traditional banks are unable to approve their applications. Many of their buyers are ITIN holders, self-employed, or credit invisible. They work side-by-side with real estate agents in their licensed.
This is a phone-based inside sales role with two main responsibilities:
You will spend most of your day on the phone and in the CRM. Once fully ramped, a typical week includes around two hundred outbound calls and fifty follow-ups, so this role is for someone who enjoys a structured, high-activity environment. This position is fully remote, working United States Eastern Time hours.
The client provides training, coaching and clear KPIs so you always know what good looks like.
