A remote sales and lending firm is looking for a Remote Inside Sales Product Specialist. This role involves significant cold calling to acquire realtors, managing relationships with them, and handling buyer applications. Successful candidates will be bilingual in English and Spanish and must be comfortable with a high volume of calls. Job Title: Remote Inside Sales Product Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: Hourly Rate is $10/hour for the first 90 days (training and onboarding period). After 90 days, the rate will be $8/hour. The reason is that at this stage, we expect the PS to begin generating commissions. Salary is paid via Rippling or direct bank transfer.

Commission Structure: $400 for each closed deal. $30 for each approved application from a realtor referral. $10 for each approved application from an online source.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Preferred schedule is roughly 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern with a one hour break.

Our client is a licensed private Non-QM lender. They specialize in helping hard-working families become homeowners when traditional banks are unable to approve their applications. Many of their buyers are ITIN holders, self-employed, or credit invisible. They work side-by-side with real estate agents in their licensed.

This is a phone-based inside sales role with two main responsibilities:

  1. New Realtor Acquisition: High-volume cold calling to realtors to introduce our client's program and book initial conversations.
  2. Ongoing Relationship and File Management: Once a realtor sends buyers, you become their main contact. You will pre-qualify the buyers, explain the program, collect necessary documents, and work with our client's underwriting team until the loan closes.

You will spend most of your day on the phone and in the CRM. Once fully ramped, a typical week includes around two hundred outbound calls and fifty follow-ups, so this role is for someone who enjoys a structured, high-activity environment. This position is fully remote, working United States Eastern Time hours.

Responsibilities:
  • New realtor acquisition
    • Make daily outbound calls to realtors in our licensed states using call lists and power hour blocks
    • Deliver a short, clear explanation of our program and who is a good fit
    • Ask discovery questions to understand how often they see ITIN or non traditional buyers
    • Schedule follow up calls or quick presentations for interested realtors
  • Relationship and file management
    • Run short program presentations by phone or video for engaged realtors
    • Build and manage a personal portfolio of realtors who send us buyers regularly
    • Receive buyer referrals and complete the initial pre qualification call
    • Explain documents, next steps and timelines to buyers in simple language
    • Coordinate between realtor, buyer and our internal team so files keep moving
    • Log all calls, notes and tasks in the CRM the same day
What success looks like:
  • Once fully ramped, a strong Product Specialist will
  • Average around two hundred outbound calls per week during ramp and at least one hundred per week as a senior PS
  • Make about fifty follow ups per week to realtors and buyers
  • Have at least five live conversations with realtors per week
  • Run at least three full program presentations per week
  • Maintain a healthy portfolio of engaged realtors who send referrals
  • Average about five funded deals per month

The client provides training, coaching and clear KPIs so you always know what good looks like.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
  • Experience in sales, call center, appointment setting, mortgage, insurance or similar phone based work
  • Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone and in the CRM, with high outbound volume
  • Strong English and Spanish
  • Good internet, headset and a quiet place to work from home
  • Able to work full time on United States Eastern time schedule
  • Organized, coachable and comfortable working in a numbers driven environment
Nice to have
  • Experience working with realtors, lenders or title companies
  • Experience with ITIN, self employed or credit challenged buyers
  • Prior experience selling to the United States market from overseas
