Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of sales experience, a track record of closing $3,000+ deals, and strong English communication. This is a full-time contractor role with commission and performance bonuses, plus a mobile/internet allowance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven track record closing high-value deals ($3,000+).
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales funnel.
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
