This 100% remote, full-time contractor position serves international patients across LATAM, APAC and EU, focusing on building trust, guiding long sales cycles, handling objections, and converting qualified leads into bookings while ensuring patients complete their treatment plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in high-ticket B2C settings.
• Proven ability to close high-value deals ranging from $3,000 to $25,000+.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and converting leads to bookings.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho).

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with consistent follow-ups.
• Address price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility objections.
• Present treatment packages and quotes professionally.
• Qualify patients based on intent, finances, and timeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the funnel.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality.
