FH Collective Academy is hiring a Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high-value dental cases from $3,000 to $25,000+. The role is 100% remote, with LATAM/APAC/EU market focus, and offers a fixed monthly salary plus commissions and performance bonuses.

You will convert leads, manage long sales cycles, handle objections, and ensure patients complete travel arrangements. Prior high-ticket B2C sales, CRM experience, and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience
• Proven experience closing high-value deals ($3,000+)
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline management
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot)
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple channels

Responsabilités

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into bookings
• Manage long sales cycles with structured follow-ups
• Handle objections related to price, travel, and credibility
• Present treatment packages and quotes professionally
• Qualify patients based on intent, financial readiness, and timeline
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure travel readiness
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout sales funnel
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance
• Contribute to sales targets and performance reviews
