Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator for high-value dental cases. This remote, full-time contractor role focuses on guiding patients through long sales cycles, handling objections, and converting leads into booked high-ticket cases ranging from $3,000 to $25,000+.

You will support a global patient base across LATAM, APAC, and EU, with weekend shifts and flexible hours. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales, strong negotiation skills, and experience with CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven experience closing high-value / $3,000+ deals.
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline management discipline.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple communication channels.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the entire sales funnel.
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
