Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high-value dental cases ranging from $3,000 to $25,000+. This fully remote, contractor role targets LATAM/APAC/EU markets and involves building trust with patients, managing long sales cycles, and guiding prospects from inquiry to travel arrangements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales, proven success closing large deals, and strong CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven experience closing $3,000+ deals.
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• CRM experience (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot).
• Remote work and multi-channel communication.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings
• Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales funnel
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
