Candidates should have 5+ years of sales experience, a track record in closing high-ticket deals, and strong CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience and proven success closing high-value deals.
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales and managing objections.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking; strong follow-up discipline.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales funnel.
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
