Job summary

FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high-value dental cases from $3,000 to $25,000+. This 100% remote, full-time contractor role focuses on building trust with patients, guiding long sales cycles, and converting leads into confirmed bookings across LATAM, APAC, and EU.

You will present treatment packages, handle objections, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with Team Leaders to hit targets and drive performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven experience closing high-value deals (>$3,000).
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, booked appointments.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure readiness to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the funnel.
• Work with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching, and performance reviews.
