Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, especially handling high-value deals.
• Experience with long sales cycles in B2C.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot).
• Comfortable working remotely and occasional weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Maintain structured follow-ups to manage long sales cycles.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure readiness to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales funnel.
