This 100% remote, full-time contractor role serves LATAM, APAC, and EU markets, handling a high-ticket B2C sales cycle with a focus on trust-building and bookings.

You will convert leads, handle objections, present treatment packages, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with Team Leaders to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven experience closing high-value deals ($3,000+).
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline management discipline.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure travel readiness.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales funnel.
• Work with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
• Contribute to sales targets and performance reviews.
