FH Collective Academy, a global healthcare travel platform, seeks a Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high-value dental cases from $3,000 to $25,000+. The 100% remote, full-time contractor role targets LATAM/APAC/EU markets and offers a fixed monthly USD 800–1,100, plus commission and performance bonuses.

You will convert inbound/outbound leads, navigate long sales cycles, handle price and travel objections, present treatment packages, and maintain CRM records while supporting a high-touch

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience within B2C high-ticket environments.
• Proven track record closing high-value deals ($3,000+).
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales and follow-up discipline.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot).
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple channels.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the entire sales funnel.
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
