FH Collective Academy is recruiting a Sales Patient Coordinator for high-value dental cases, remotely coordinating from LATAM/APAC/EU regions. The role focuses on building trust, managing long sales cycles, overcoming objections, and converting leads into bookings for cases ranging from $3,000 to $25,000+.

Responsibilities include CRM management, presenting packages, and following up to ensure travel readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven closing of high-value deals ($3,000+).
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation.
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline discipline.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot).
• Comfortable working remotely and multi-channel communication.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales funnel.
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
