FH Collective Academy is seeking a seasoned Sales Patient Coordinator to drive high-value dental case bookings from LATAM, APAC, and EU audiences. The role is 100% remote, full-time contractor, with monthly USD 800–1,100 base salary plus commission and performance bonuses.

You’ll nurture leads through long sales cycles, present packages, handle objections, and close $3,000+ deals while delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven experience closing high-value deals ($3,000+) in long sales cycles.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple channels.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the entire sales funnel.
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
