Trabajo is seeking experienced Trainers to join a growing, fully remote healthcare BPO operation supporting a US-based program. You will engage learners, explain processes clearly, and prepare customer experience representatives to perform confidently in a live healthcare environment.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, comfort with virtual training, and adherence to US business hours. This contractor role offers remote work from México with weekly pay.

Formación

• Experience delivering training to contact center teams.
• Healthcare customer experience is essential.
• Minimum 1 year of remote work experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable delivering training virtually.
• Available to start immediately.
• Experience in BPO/training for customer service teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging and structured training to new customer experience representatives.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions professionally.
• Explain processes, procedures, systems, and expectations clearly.
• Use different teaching approaches to accommodate learning styles.
• Monitor learner understanding and identify gaps.
• Conduct knowledge checks, exercises, role plays, and activities.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching throughout training.
• Support learners requiring additional guidance.
• Help prepare new hires for transition to production.
• Work with Team Leads and leadership to support learner readiness.
• Maintain training records and communicate learner progress.
• Adapt training delivery when processes change.
• Create a positive, professional, accountable learning environment.
