Resolv Global is seeking experienced Trainers to join our remote healthcare BPO supporting a US-based program. You will deliver engaging, structured training to new customer experience representatives and facilitate virtual sessions with clarity and professionalism.

This role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, comfort with U.S. business hours, and a proactive approach to coaching, knowledge checks, and learner readiness, coordinating closely with Team Leads.

Qualificações

• BPO/training experience in a contact center is required.
• Healthcare/customer experience background is essential.
• Experience delivering training to customer service teams.
• At least 1 year of remote work experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable delivering training virtually.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Reliable remote workstation and internet connection.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging training to new customer experience representatives.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions professionally.
• Explain processes, procedures, systems, and expectations clearly.
• Use different teaching approaches for various learning styles.
• Monitor learner understanding and identify knowledge gaps.
• Provide feedback and coaching throughout training.
• Support learners needing extra guidance.
• Help prepare new hires to transition into production.
• Collaborate with Team Leads to support learner readiness.
• Maintain training records and report learner progress.
• Adapt delivery as processes or systems change.
