Resolv Global is seeking experienced Trainers for a fully remote healthcare BPO operation supporting a US-based program. The role focuses on engaging learners, explaining processes clearly, and preparing representatives to perform confidently in a live healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual (English/Spanish), comfortable with virtual training, and able to work US business hours. Remote Mexico-based contractors welcome, with weekly pay and paid training.

Competenze

• Experience delivering training in a BPO or contact center environment.
• Healthcare/customer experience training is essential.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and spoken skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Comfortable delivering virtual training and using new systems.

Mansioni

• Deliver engaging, structured virtual training to new customer experience representatives.
• Facilitate online sessions professionally and interactively.
• Explain processes, systems, and expectations clearly to learners.
• Adapt delivery to different learning styles and monitor understanding.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and support to learners throughout training.
• Help prepare new hires to transition from training to production.
• Maintain training records and document learner progress.
