Resolv Global is seeking experienced trainers for a fully remote healthcare BPO supporting a US-based program. You will deliver structured training to new customer experience representatives and facilitate virtual sessions across English and Spanish speakers.

Ideal candidates have BPO training experience, healthcare knowledge, and at least 1 year of remote work. The role requires excellent communication and the ability to work US business hours.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering training in a BPO or contact center setting.
• Healthcare/customer experience background is essential.
• Minimum 1 year of remote work experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Deliver engaging and structured training to new customer experience representatives.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions professionally and effectively.
• Explain processes, procedures, and customer service expectations clearly.
• Use varied teaching methods to suit different learners.
