Resolv Global is seeking experienced Trainers for a fully remote healthcare BPO operation supporting a US-based program. The role focuses on engaging learners and delivering clear, effective training to customer experience representatives.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with technology, virtual delivery, and communicating complex information in English and Spanish. The contract is independent, with U.S. business hours expectation and México-based remote setup.

Formación

• Experience in training BPO/contact center teams in healthcare customer experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience delivering training remotely via virtual platforms and sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging and structured training to new customer experience representatives.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions in a professional and engaging manner.
• Explain processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations clearly.
• Use different teaching approaches to accommodate learning styles.
• Monitor learner understanding and identify knowledge gaps.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching throughout training.
• Support learners who require additional guidance.
• Help prepare new hires for transition from training into production.
