Resolv Global is seeking experienced Trainers for a fully remote healthcare BPO program supporting a US-based client.

You will deliver engaging training, facilitate virtual sessions, and clearly explain processes while adapting to different learning styles and ensuring new hires are ready for production. English and Spanish communication must be strong, and US business hours are required.

Formación

• Previous BPO/contact center training experience.
• Healthcare/customer experience training background required.
• Experience delivering training to contact center teams.
• At least 1 year of remote work experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent spoken and written English; strong presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging and structured training to new customer experience representatives.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions professionally and engagingly.
• Explain processes, systems, and customer service expectations clearly.
• Use varied teaching approaches for different learning styles.
• Monitor learner understanding and identify knowledge gaps.
• Provide coaching and feedback throughout training.
• Prepare new hires to transition into production.
• Maintain accurate training records and report learner progress.
