You will document interactions in the CRM, resolve issues promptly, and help improve products through customer feedback. Strong English communication and problem-solving are essential in a remote, global team.

Formación

• Proven experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with helpdesk software and CRM systems.
