Storyblok is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a fully remote team supporting operations for Cancún, Quintana Roo. You will be the primary contact for customers, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic support across digital channels to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

In this role, you will troubleshoot issues, provide product information, and document interactions in the CRM system, contributing to a collaborative, globally distributed service culture.

Formación

• Proven experience in a customer support role.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
• Proficiency with helpdesk software and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
