Storyblok is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join a fully remote team, supporting operations for Cancun, Quintana Roo. You will be the primary contact for customers, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance across email, chat, and social channels.

In this role you will troubleshoot issues, provide product information, document interactions in CRM, and help identify trends to drive improvements.

Formación

• Proven experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with helpdesk software and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
