Storyblok is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting operations for Cancún, Quintana Roo. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic support across email, chat, and social channels.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions in the CRM, resolving inquiries, and identifying trends to drive improvements.

Formación

• Proven experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with helpdesk software and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
