You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional assistance across email, chat, and social channels to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Formación

• Proven experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with helpdesk software and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
