Storyblok, a global leader in headless CMS, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a fully remote team supporting operations for Cancún, Quintana Roo. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic support across channels.

You will handle inquiries via email, chat, and social media, document interactions in the CRM, and help identify trends for improvement.

Formación

• Proven experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with helpdesk software and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
