Storyblok is seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team, supporting operations for Cancún, Quintana Roo. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering timely and empathetic assistance across email, chat, and social channels.

In this role, you will troubleshoot issues, provide product information, document interactions in the CRM, and help identify trends for continuous improvement.

Formación

• Proven experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with helpdesk software and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
