Core Code io is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will respond to inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other channels, delivering accurate information and friendly support.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in customer service, strong English skills, and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure they are fully resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
