Core Code io is seeking a customer service representative to join our remote team. You will communicate clearly, help customers, and ensure a positive experience across channels.

You’ll respond to inquiries by email, chat, and phone, resolve issues efficiently, and document interactions for internal teams. The role requires strong English, problem solving, and the ability to work independently from a home office. This is a flexible remote position based in Mexico with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, communication platforms, and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure they are fully resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
