Core Code io is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to join our distributed team. You will respond to inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other channels, provide accurate product information, and work to resolve issues promptly.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or call center.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, and other communication channels.
