The ideal candidate has excellent written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple conversations while delivering fast, accurate, professional support.

You will respond to inquiries, provide clear solutions, troubleshoot issues, and follow established service standards.

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and other digital support channels.
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional responses to customer questions.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve requests efficiently.
• Handle multiple chat conversations while maintaining quality and response speed.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Follow up with customers when additional information or assistance is required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Follow established support procedures, guidelines, and service standards.
• Identify recurring customer issues and communicate feedback to internal teams.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone throughout all interactions.
